Items sent back without WhatsApp approval won’t be accepted.
Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, with tags and original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item so we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns of:

Opened/used beauty & personal-care devices or cosmetics

Unsealed earbuds/headphones or wearable tech

Custom/personalized items

Clearance/final-sale items (if marked as such)

Exchanges
The fastest way is to return the item; once approved, place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/card provider.
Return shipping

If the item is defective/incorrect, we cover return shipping.

For all other returns (change of mind, size/color preference, etc.), customer pays return shipping.
