1) Where do you ship?

Across Pakistan.

2) How much is shipping?

Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout based on your address and order.

3) How long will delivery take?

You’ll see an estimated delivery date at checkout and receive tracking after dispatch.

4) How do I track my order?

We send a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp after your order ships.

5) What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the payment options displayed at checkout. If Cash on Delivery is available for your area/order, you’ll see it as an option.

6) Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, message us on WhatsApp: +92 340 8944555 and we’ll help.

7) What is your return policy?

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return via WhatsApp: +92 340 8944555. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

8) Who pays return shipping?

  • If the item is defective/incorrect, we cover return shipping.

  • For other reasons (change of mind, size/color preference), the customer pays return shipping.

9) Are any items non-returnable?

For hygiene/safety, we can’t accept returns of opened/used beauty & personal-care items, unsealed earbuds/headphones, custom/personalized items, or final-sale products (if marked).

10) How do exchanges work?

Return the item via WhatsApp approval first. Once approved, place a new order for the replacement.

11) My item arrived damaged or wrong—what do I do?

Contact us immediately on WhatsApp with your order number and clear photos so we can make it right.

12) When will I get my refund?

After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank/issuer may take a few days to post it.

13) Do you ship internationally?

Not right now—Pakistan only.

14) Do you offer promos or discount codes?

Yes—when available, enter the code on the checkout page.
